No Amnesty for Illegal Aliens With Temporary Protected Status

The Supreme Court has unanimously ruled against allowing illegal aliens with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to apply for Amnesty, i.e., permanent residency. "The court determined that federal immigration law prohibits TPS recipients from seeking green cards if they entered the country illegally (Fairbanks, 2021)."

SOLID MOVE! The ruling was unanimous because it's the law.

Now the Senate has to strike down the make-shift bandaid that the Democrats tossed together in a vacuum and passed to try and change the law with American Dream and Promise Act. Something tells me the Senator from WV will have an opinion.
