Dem Driven Lawsuit Helps Team Trump Long-term

In our latest dig, we examine the recent lawsuit initiated by the NAACP and Rep. Bennie Thompson stemming from the second impeachment attempt and epic failure initiated by House Democrats. Our research team expected lawsuits and other political noise following the acquittal of Donald Trump. The Democrat Party has demonstrated no mature behavior in over four years, so why would or should we expect a sudden change now.

They say that timing is everything, and we'll prove that today in this article. At a time when Big Tech has seemingly silenced Trump's voice and reach, claiming victory and chanting "Ding, Dong the Orangeman is Dead," the Democrats have simultaneously started to launch new lawsuits against him. These can only be considered frivolous lawsuits without real evidence to substantiate or connect Trump with inciting anything. America has already seen a preview of just how much the Democrats do not have real evidence. On the positive side, this will only elevate and propel Donald Trump right back into the headlines and media spotlight. This man had claimed bankruptcy before and still became the President of the United States of America. Why would anyone think that bad press hurts Trump? This is arguably the biggest blind spot the Democrat party has. The more the news media focuses on Trump, the stronger he becomes, and the more his support grows.
Democrat coffers may well fund the NAACP and Rep. Bennie Thompson, and they might even have the best lawyers on the planet. Unfortunately, having a $1.06 and doctored evidence will only get them a cup of coffee at a convenience store. It's not going to get any lawsuit very far in the court of law. In fact, it could get them fined and even arrested. Ben Thompson is understandably upset because his party failed to impeach Donald Trump for a second time (Reichert, 2021). This new announcement reinforces that the Democrats refuse to give up in trying to continue to bundle Trump together as conspiring with extremists who entered the Capitol on February 6th, 2021 (Williams, 2021). They continue to ignore that the events were planned, and non-Trump supporters were involved in the attack on video and audio. You can even see the bias in the Associated Press' own Fact-Check where they only address that the woman does not work for CNN as they dance around the fact that John Sullivan is, in fact, a BLM supporter through creative writing (Joffe-Block, 2021). Why doesn't Jude claim that Mr. Sullivan is not a BLM supporter? Instead, he refers to him as a Utah activist. It's grammatically disingenuous. It's also hiding the truth for political expedience. The AP should print a clarification on their own fact check if Mr. Sullivan is not a member of Black Lives Matter state it as such and as a fact. Jude dances around the real fact and fails to impress the News Digger Research team.
CLAIM: A video shows a CNN reporter disguised herself as a Trump supporter and conspired with a Black Lives Matter activist to incite a riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The woman in the video does not work for CNN. She is a filmmaker who said she was at the Capitol filming a documentary.
THE FACTS: Social media users are sharing a video shot during the Capitol insurrection on Jan. 6 by Utah activist John Sullivan, who was arrested Thursday, with false claims about what the video shows.
There is growing suspicion that Nancy Pelosi knew in advance of the pending attack and allowed it to happen. Judicial Watch is now suing to access the Capitol Police e-mail communications with executive politicians (Judicial Watch, 2021). The Democrats decided not to pursue witnesses in Trump's second impeachment trial during the hearing, even though they won the vote to use witnesses. Americans should really be asking themselves why? Simple logic, because Trump's lawyers rightfully intended to call Nancy Pelosi to be questioned. If she knew about the attack in advance via e-mail communications, as is now being suggested, this would have placed her into a situation where she could have committed purgery, which could not be allowed to happen. No surprise, the Democrats protected their own. I would normally expect Republican's to do the same despite 7 Republicans who turned against their own majority in the Senate (Reichert, 2021),
Fraud Vitiates Everything and The Media Cry Hards
The media, including CBS News and Vox (Rupar, 2021), are taking potshots at Trump's lawyer. They are trying to downplay and gloss over the House Impeachment managers' significance by presenting a doctored Tweet as part of their "evidence" in the most recent Senate impeachment trial. This is a serious offense in the court of law. It wasn't just a checkmark (Bonchie, 2021). They doctored the date as well. In both an interview with CBS News and during the impeachment trial, Trump's lawyer explained that the Tweet in question was modified in two ways. This is document fraud, and there are serious penalties associated with doing this in a court of law.
8 U.S. Code § 1324c - Penalties for document fraud
Activities prohibited
It is unlawful for any person or entity knowingly—to forge, counterfeit, alter, or falsely make any document for the purpose of satisfying a requirement of this chapter or to obtain a benefit under this chapter,
There is no escape clause in the law. There is no "well, it's just a checkmark on a Tweet image." so no harm, no foul. The law was not written with interpretation latitude in this manner, according to the Cornell Law School. It should be noted that the CBS News anchor interviewing Trump's lawyer after the acquittal also ignored the fact that the date was changed. Trump's lawyer promptly called out to the CBS News anchors' attention to both mistakes mid-interview. Her attempt to downplay this as just a checkmark change was thwarted. That being said, even a minor checkmark change still constitutes fraud, so the amount of change is insignificant. The date change did make it more pronounced. The House Impeachment Managers were lucky that they were not in an actual court of law when they conducted themselves in this manner. There are civil penalties for document fraud, and they extend to anyone who knowingly assisted in helping the House Impeachment Managers doctor the Tweet as well (Legal Information Institute, 1996).
The New York Times has started to print the retraction of their article that a Capitol Police Officer was beaten to death by a Fire Extinguisher (Baker, 2021). They already started with their 2/12/2021 update to their 1/8/2021 original article. Another lie. Reread it. On January 8, it was two Capitol police sources, and the officer was beaten to death. Now it reads two sources close to the Capitol police. The updated article also indicates the officer did not die from blunt force trauma. I guess one can argue that the guy who sells hot dogs by the police station is close to the police. So is Nancy Pelosi. She’s a source close to the Capitol police as well, so what does that mean. It's softening their article towards a retraction (Kelly, 2021)
Closing
I always enjoy it when people tell me that the media has no bias against Trump. Research shows again and again that the media is negatively biased against Trump at all levels, including policy and personality (Kurtzleben, 2017). According to research, we already know "negative bias inadvertently benefits Republicans. '[T]he media’s persistent criticism of government reinforces the right wing’s anti-government message.' By highlighting what goes wrong in government, journalists 'create a seedbed of public anger, misperception, and anxiety' which savvy politicians like Donald Trump can exploit (Edkins, 2016)." The more the media joins in on the negative narratives that the Democrats initiate against Donald Trump, the more Americans get behind Trump. This latest lawsuit stunt (and that's all it can really be called with a straight face) is only going to help to highlight and keep Trump front and center in the news and bolster this base for the mid-term elections in 2022 and the next Presidential election in 2024 (Hansen, 2021). By the time this goes to court.
1. The New York Times will have completed the retraction of their article on the fallen Capitol police officer.
2. Judicial Watch will have won their lawsuit for the Capitol Police department's emails to Nancy Pelosi informing her of a pending attack.
